Hello! I am Raquel Acherman.  I am a student currently enrolled in a photography class.  As the year progresses, I hope I can become better at photography.  Some of the things I hope to learn is how to effectively use Photoshop and apply techniques such as: lighting, composition and rule of thirds.  Photography was always a nice hobby that I have enjoyed.  When I take a picture, time freezes in that moment.  Every picture tells a story, and hopefully through those stories, one can understand how I see the world.  I have always been drawn to the arts.  I am always up for a challenge when it comes to different art forms.  This is one of the reasons why I started playing the violin.  I am currently in a Mariachi class, because I love playing.  One of the reasons I enjoy Mariachi is because everyone supports each other and strives to be their best.  I'd say my love for the arts shows in my work ethic.  Anything I do I always give my 100%!  My website shows this by demontrating the many art forms I enjoy.
